Privacy policy
At ALT Consultores S.A. we take care of the data you trust us with. This policy explains who is responsible for it, what data we receive through this website, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish original; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write to us. If you leave a phone number or other details in your message, we receive them too.
- Booking "15 minutes with ALT": name, email, company (optional), the reason for the meeting (optional) and the chosen day and time.
- Candidate assessment: the data and answers you enter in the assessment are sent to the assessment tool we use in our selection process (see the next section).
- Technical data: the IP address from which a form is submitted. It is used temporarily to prevent abusive submissions and appears in the internal email we receive with your inquiry.
We use this data to answer your inquiry or request, arrange the meeting you booked, run the selection process when you are a candidate, and keep the website secure. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We only share it with providers that supply services to us and process it on our behalf:
- The hosting and email services where the website is hosted and where we receive messages and bookings.
- The online assessment tool (extendedforms) we use in the candidate selection process.
- When you choose to use them: WhatsApp (Meta), to write to us; YouTube (Google), to watch the assessment video; and LinkedIn, to apply. In those cases the policies of each service apply.
International transfers
Some of these providers may be located outside Argentina. When that happens, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by Article 12 of Law 25,326 and the rules of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or the business relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statute-of-limitations periods. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The IP address used to limit automated submissions is kept on the server for one hour at most.
Security and confidentiality
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to the team members who need it, bookings stored in a non-public folder and controls against automated submissions.
Anyone who has access to your data is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can access your data, correct it, update it or ask for its deletion. To do so, write to us at info@altconsultores.com.ar stating your full name and which right you want to exercise. We may ask you for an additional piece of information to verify your identity.
We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and requests to correct, update or delete data within 5 business days, in accordance with Law 25,326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the Control Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force. You can file your complaint at argentina.gob.ar/aaip (opens in a new tab).
Consent
By submitting a form or booking a meeting you give your free, express and informed consent for us to process your data for the purposes described, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25,326. The data we ask for is what we need to reply to you; you may leave the fields marked as optional empty.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy.
